1. Services Offered

Bellacroft Wellness Centre offers holistic and energy-based wellbeing services, including kinesiology, reiki, massage, meditation, frequency therapy, and other non-medical modalities.

We do not provide diagnosis, prescriptions, or medical treatment. Our services are not intended as a substitute for medical or psychological care.

2. Booking and Payment

Bookings are made via our secure online platform (Fresha), or by contacting us directly. Payment is required at the time of booking or at your appointment.

We reserve the right to adjust our pricing at any time. Current pricing is available on our website and via our Fresha platform.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Cancellations within 24 hours may incur the full session fee
  
  
• No-shows will be charged at 100% of the service cost
  
  

Please contact us as early as possible if you need to make changes to your booking.

4. Practitioner Allocation

We aim to match you with the most suitable practitioner based on your needs. However, practitioner availability may vary and we may suggest an alternative if your preferred practitioner is unavailable.

5. Client Responsibility

You are responsible for your own health and wellbeing decisions. By engaging in any service, you acknowledge that:

• You understand these services are holistic and non-diagnostic
  
  
• You will inform your practitioner of any medical or mental health conditions that may affect your session
  
  
• You participate in all sessions at your own discretion and risk
  
  

6. Gift Cards and Packages

Gift cards and multi-session packages are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person with prior approval. Expiry dates apply.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, video, branding and design, is the property of Bellacroft Wellness Centre unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, copy, or share any content without written permission.

8. Testimonials and Client Stories

Testimonials are shared with client consent and represent individual experiences. Results may vary. We do not guarantee any specific outcome.

9. Disclaimer

Bellacroft Wellness Centre provides complementary and alternative health services. We do not offer medical advice, and our sessions should not replace consultation with a qualified medical professional.

If you have a medical or psychological condition, you should consult your doctor before booking a service with us.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law, Bellacroft Wellness Centre and its practitioners are not liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage arising from your use of this website or our services.

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland and the Commonwealth of Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with Australian consumer law.
