This collected information is used solely internally for the purpose of recording your health and healing steps to recovery.

We hire other businesses to provide services on our behalf, including but not limited to providing practitioner services, handling customer support enquiries, processing appointments and completing transactions. Those businesses will be permitted to obtain only the personal information they need to deliver the service.
