A Modern Approach to

Workplace Mental Wellbeing.

A healthy workplace starts with mentally and emotionally supported people. At Bellacroft, we help your team stay balanced, clear and productive through natural, non-medical approaches that truly work. Our Employee Wellbeing Program is a holistic, results-based alternative to the traditional EAP, one that supports the whole person, not just the surface symptoms.

What is

EAP?

An Employee Assistance Program (EAP) offers support to staff experiencing personal or work-related challenges from anxiety and burnout to grief or overwhelm. At Bellacroft, we do this differently. We use non-invasive, intuitive methods to help staff feel supported, emotionally clear, and able to return to work with calm and focus, quickly, gently and effectively.

  • Stress and emotional fatigue
  • Anxiety and overwhelm
  • Disconnection and low self-worth
  • Grief, trauma, or life changes
  • Trouble focusing or sleeping
  • Mental fatigue or burnout

How

We Work

We use a range of intuitive, evidence-informed approaches tailored to each person’s needs:
  • Kinesiology for emotional and energetic balance
  • Scalar and frequency-based support
  • Reiki and hands-off energy work
  • Nutrition and natural supports for mental clarity
  • Breathwork, relaxation and meditative guidance
  • Emotional resilience coaching and reflective tools
We don’t offer diagnosis or clinical mental health services, instead, we provide deeply supportive, non-medical care that complements other professional pathways.

Workplace Stressor

Audit

Our 2-hour Workplace Audit identifies the hidden
environmental and emotional factors affecting team wellbeing.

It includes:
  • Physical and energetic stressors
  • Cultural or communication imbalances
  • Actionable, written recommendations to improve your
    workplace environment
This audit is included in select plans and can be booked separately.

Our

Plans

We offer a range of flexible options tailored to different
business sizes and team needs:
  • Four quarterly payment subscriptions to choose from
  • Pay-as-you-go options
  • Remote and in-clinic access
  • Individual wellbeing packages
  • Group detox and frequency-based memberships
If you’re unsure which plan fits your business best, we’re happy to guide you.

Is an EAP

Mandatory?

The Work Health and Safety (WHS) Act 2011 mandates that employers must ensure the health and safety of their workers, which includes both physical and mental well-being. However, the Act does not specifically mandate the implementation of Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) for all businesses. Many employers view the benefits as part of fulfilling their Duty of Care to their employees.

Getting started

Is Easy

1. Chat with your team
2. Request a workplace audit
3. Choose the plan that fits
4. Introduce the program
5. Track progress, we’ll support you through it all
